Slimming with Pearl

A buzz over Philippine showbiz endangered the life of a celebrity child who wanted to lose weight to look fit for her debut party. The culprit was pointed at a slimming pill which was purchased at a shopping mall in Manila. This has prompted authorities to look into regulations but it did only little to make an iron hand of the law really work its way to prosecute whose selling the authentic ones and the not. Are slimming pills bad? Not that I know. Oprah would say that a pill is no substitutes to healthier weight management options like dieting and exercises but there is more than that when "weight" becomes an issue. Proponents of weight loss would have different expert opinions hence many resort to a "healthier" choices. What we lack is the power to be informed of these choices and the regulators to promote security of these choices. Diet pills may not work for everyone but certainly it's one of the options that you could collaborate with diet and exercise. There is no "sole" solution to weight problems specifically in an environment wherein it is fast changing and stress levels are always in a high "red" alarm. Sometimes the detriment of this choice is due to miscalculations. We missed reading the labels, we do not follow instructions because of the notion that herbal medicines have "no side effects" because the ads say it comes from natural sources. You have to be reminded that when they say natural- it comes from plant sources and plants simply has a so-called alkaloids, biochemical stuffs which goes into our body systems. We miss that part. Does it interfere with medications that we are taking? Did we consult our appropriate practitioners with it's use?
I've enclosed a link on testimonials about the use of a certain pill which I tried using for a couple of months. Some mentioned of circulatory effects and it's very good to address that by replenishing with water and fruits while taking the capsules. I've lost 4 inches in y weight the first week that I am taking it and I have to approve that it really keeps you moving and sleepless at nights but certainly does not interfere with sleep when taking with proper direction. I suggest not to take the capsule with alcohol, caffeine or soda.
According to its leaflet:
"The capsule is made refinely from carefully selected pearls of Tai lake in China, and natural rare and precious vegetables, such as ginseng, fleece-flower root, cassia seed and flos chrysanthemi indici, etc. It is rich in various trace elements, it is natural product without any chemical component. The product has the function of adjusting human bodies in double-way. It can directly and more quickly decompose extra fat and reduce weight. At the same time of reducing weight and slimming the body. It also can nourish skin, beautify and whiten skin, and make the skin more elastic. It is the top choice for beauty-pursuing women."
direction is: take one before breakfast and before supper separately, one capsule each time. Store it in sealed package to protect it from humidity. It is applicable to people with high blood fat, fat people, and beauty-pursuing women but it can't be used in children and pregnant women.

Thirsty? Then Drink.

Drinking water is a widely recognized hydrotherapy. There's more to just gulping it for your health(6-8 glasses for age under 50 and 8-10 for age 50's and 10-12 glasses for active people, 60's and over.) . Some utilized it for weight balance because of its contribution to metabolic process that is happening within the body cells. Although safe drinking water is a problem in most parts of the world, it seems that "safe drinking water" is a factor to determine the level of pollution in the environment. Hence, with a growing world population that posts risk to unfavourable environment, science have been an arm in developing technologies from water purification to more sophisticated water treatments that are available in the market today. Yet, there is no substitute for "safe" drinking water available in nature because it has "minerals" that could be beneficial to one's health. Of course we see bottled drinking water everyday marketed to have different benefits for the body. The point is, are we aware of the differences between distilled, purified, mineral- which has also varieties? What could it provide for our health? Are these commercial water being monitored or tested by authorities to be "healthy"? The fact that the universal solvent that needs to be available for "free" becomes inaccessible in some parts of the world, we should also be more aware and do actions to protect our drinking water resources by arresting pollutants that posts great risk. Science have contributed a lot to make drinking water "safe" but technology dictates certain price and we know it can't be afforded by many families of the world.

Beach Therapy

Many people living in the stressful corporate city life are enticed to enjoy a few days vacation to rejuvenate themselves in beach resorts. The idea behind it is actually taking advantage of the benefits of the rhythm of the waves or the delicious salty smell of the sea. The waves actually serve as a meditation aide. You can also enjoy the benefits of a sound therapy by listening to the waves, through some "shells" (which could serve as souvenirs for your friends back home), while you lie on the sand, on a cradle, in a boat or simply resting in the cottage. Of course, beach resort owners don't just offer that, there has been plenty of therapies to choose from with their spa services most specially in the East. Beach living is supposed to be simple, relaxing and unsophisticated however the down part of this "trip" is spoiled by modern resort owners capitalizing on bars or services that adopts the same tone of "city life" which is often disappointing and contributes little to your goal of relaxation and rejuvenation. The key to achieving a total beach therapy is to make plans, study and choose appropriate destinations for your goal. Beach therapy is more than solitary, there are many activities that are "exotic" from bonfire to group meditation. You can also develop some new healthy relationships with nature, meet friends, study another culture for creative ingenuity plus an array of unexpected circumstances. Just don't forget to drink water for hydration, sunscreens for skin protection, reef shoes or pair of sandals for a nice walk by the shore, your favorite book or something you can read, cameras to take pictures/ document the great moments, some emergency medicines, and your traveling companion to ease the boredom.

Fluidic Purity

Hydrotherapy was first used by Hippocrates and has been part of the healing tradition of most civilizations from ancient Greece and Egypt to Rome where all medicine was practiced at a public bath. While modern hydrotherapy through the work of Vincent Priessnitz which was the inspiration of the development and foundation of a spa called then described as "water cure establishments." In the 19th century, Dr. John Harvey Kellog utilized water treatments at the Battle Creek, Michigan, sanitarium to manage pain and treat serious infections such as pneumonia. It was then that cold water sprays and rubs were common treatments for typhoid and pneumonia and in the 1920's, U.S. veterans hospitals were using hydrotherapy to treat mental illness and general and surgical cases.
Today, modern medicine almost turn to pills in alleviating colds, headaches, and minor injuries. Yet, in European countries, they spend a week or two at a spa- which is a growing venture in Asia to lure tourists in a term they call "medical tourism". Simply to help sort out stress, fatigue to backaches, allergies and arthritis.
Dr. Agatha Thrash, M.D. suggested that physiologic methods such as massage and hydrotherapy could successfully treat diseases and emphasized that the said remedies are drug less- hence it is safe and does not cause insidious complications.
